Our Villa is located 1 km outside the town of Skiathos in the area of Megali Ammos, on the right side of the road Skiathos, Koukounaries.
The transition from the Villa Nina to the southern beaches and the city is very convenient as τhe bus stops only 50 meters from the entrance.

The rooms also overlook the beautiful pine forest of the surrounding hills.

Lovely hotel! Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous sea view. Owners Rania and Stelios were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from Megalia Amos beach which is stunning with lovely restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk from the town so an absolutely perfect location. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. We selected the garden view room which also had a view of the sea, making it perfect to sit on the balcony in the evening. The rooms are modern and are cleaned daily, with linen changed every 2 days. The owners are lovely, helpful and offer a great range of snacks and drinks at a reasonable price. The apartments are located a short distance from Megali Ammos beach and only 15 minutes walk from Skiathos Town. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable stay and we would be very happy to return in the future.

Hosts Rania and Stelios were both absolutely charming. Nothing was ever too much to ask of them. The room was perfect with everyting I needed, very powerful shower, fridge, kettle, wifi, air conditioning and safe, all included in the price. Rania even provided me with some milk as I arrived late in the evening. The pool area was lovely with a bar and snacks available all day. The beach is a short walk away and has a good choice of tavernas. It's about a 15 minute walk into town and 7 euro taxi ride back. This is for me the perfect location, plus the bus stop is right opposite the hotel. I would highly recommend a visit.

Just had a great week at villa nina. Great Location 2 min to beach and 15 to Skiathos ...Rania and Stellios. Very nice and helpfull with good tips and advice , and even ordered us a pizza ..highley recomend it ...Warren and Christine
